On Friday, July 16^th hundreds of supporters and wish families gathered to celebrate the 8^th Annual BIG Wish Gala – Wishes for the World presented by Citi. Guests enjoyed a delicious array of international fare from Louisville’s finest ethnic restaurants along with an assortment of wine and spirits provided by Heaven Hill and Southern Wine & Spirits.

The MAX’s Lynda Lambert, George Lindsey and Aaron Miller from the The Lambert and Lindsey Morning Show were honored for raising more than $900,000 and enabling the Make-A-Wish Foundation^®, Kentucky Region to grant 150 wishes. The evening turned hilarious when surprise guests roasted Lynda, George and Aaron. Guest roasters included Dale Schaefer, Doug James, AJ McKay and former Wish Child Will Leonberger.

Funds raised through ticket sales, corporate sponsorships and silent/live auctions helped grant wishes of local children battling life-threatening medical conditions.  Click this link to follow more photo's of the event.
