The “Wish upon a Star” gala fundraiser featuring a reverse raffle with a $3,000 grand prize will be held on Friday, September 10 at Holiday Inn Express & Suites – LaMalfa, Heisley Road, Mentor, Ohio, starting at 6:30 p.m. 100% of the net proceeds of the event will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Greater Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana, Northeast Ohio Region to honor the memory of LORI DICARLO BAYER

Family and friends of Lori feel honored to share in her memory the magic a wish experience has for children and their families dealing with life-threatening medical conditions. The “Wish upon a Star’ event will feature a buffet dinner, premium bar, music and dancing, silent and Chinese auctions, sideboards and other contests for fun and exciting prizes.

Tickets, which include a chance to win the $3,000 grand prize, are $125 per couple or $85 per single. A limited number are still available. Tickets for the buffet dinner, premium bar and the opportunity to participate in the auctions and sideboards are available for $55 each. We are also seeking donations from area businesses that will be used as part of the Chinese and silent auctions.
