Despite the challenges she faces from her congenital heart defect, AVDS Repair, four-year-old Emma's smile beams from ear to ear. Emma loves to paint and play with play dough. Her favorite book is Brown Bear and her favorite junk food is BBQ chips.

When volunteers from the Make-A-Wish Foundation^® met with Emma she shared with them that she wanted to go to a beach so she could play in the sand. Emma and her family will travel to a beach this summer to enjoy the sand, surf and sun!
