Wishes are as unique as the children who make them, and Jordan’s request was no exception. This 16-year-old, who had a kidney transplant, cast her wish of becoming a dolphin trainer for a day, swimming with dolphins and a snorkeling in the ocean.
“Jordan wished to see the dolphins in their normal habitat and take the vacation she’s never had!” remarked Jordan’s mom, Georgia.

Jordan’s favorite color is lime-green, she loves to eat crab legs and, like most teenagers, enjoys listening to her iPod, shopping and going to the movies. Most of all, Jordan’s love of swimming has fueled her unique passion for dolphins. Jordan’s wish trip to the Florida Keys enabled her to see dolphins in their natural habitat, work side-by-side with a dolphin trainer and swim alongside the amazing creatures.
“My wish was AMAZING!” remarked Jordan in a letter she wrote to Make-A-Wish shortly after returning from her wish trip.
“The hotel was gorgeous; the dolphins were the best part. I got to do dorsal pulls three times. I also enjoyed the beautiful ocean when we went snorkeling as a family!”
