Indiana Wishes

Seven-year-old Vincent, who is battling Dravet’s Syndrome, was granted his wish of a dream playhouse on May 16 thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation^® of Greater Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, Indiana Region and national partner Jewelers for Children program.

Living the life of a typical child is not easy for Vincent, who faces daily struggles with the life-threatening seizure disorder. He keeps a positive attitude and remains active by enjoying the outdoors, completing puzzles and watching the Go, Diego, Go! television series.

His playhouse came complete with an extra large sandbox and swings. As an additional surprise, Vincent celebrated his new play set with family, friends and his wish volunteers with a magical wish party. The party took place on and around Vincent’s new play set and was complete with cake, ice cream and enough fun to go around!
