Dallas Cowboys Host Teen's Wish

PJ with Dallas Cowboys Quarterback Tony RomoBeing a teenager is difficult for most kids, but for PJ who struggles with congestive heart failure, every day activities can leave him exhausted. As a reprieve from his daily challenges, PJ enjoys listening to rap music, playing video games and watching the Dallas Cowboys.

Recently, PJ’s dream to meet his favorite Dallas Cowboys players was realized thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. During a fun-filled vacation to Dallas, he visited the Cowboys’ practice facility and met Tony Romo, Terrell Owens and Ken Hamlin. PJ also attended the last game in Texas Stadium and was given special permission to go on the field prior to the game. He received a special Christmas present from Ken Hamlin who mailed his gloves from the game and an autographed photo to PJ.

“I have never seen happier faces in my entire life,” commented PJ’s uncle. “Thank you Make-A-Wish Foundation!”
