Indiana Wishes

Fifteen-year-old Jeremy, who has been battling leukemia, dreamed of going to Hawaii and seeing a real volcano—something he recently studied in science class. Volunteers and staff at the Make-A-Wish Foundation planned the vacation of a lifetime in Waikiki on Oahu.
“Everyone is getting really excited and has started the countdown until we leave. I never realized how much Make-A-Wish does until now,” wrote Jeremy’s Mom, Jennifer.

The family’s magical journey began when a limo arrived to take them to the airport. There were many unexpected surprises--visiting the USS Bowfin, going to a luau, and taking a helicopter tour to see the volcanoes!

“Thank you so much for all you have done to make Jeremy’s wish come true. We can never truly express how much this trip meant to us.”
