A real car enthusiast, 18-year-old Camden has always wished to tour the Subaru of Indiana plant and grounds in Lafayette to see how automobiles are made. His wish came true during a private golf cart tour of the plant, wildlife habitat, recreation center, test track, and non-production areas. As a special bonus, the teenager, who has melanoma, was named Grand Marshall of the Subaru Challenge, an event that is held for Subaru owners to race their vehicles on a test track!
“I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for my Make-A-Wish trip. The trip was a great experience. The Make-A-Wish Foundation went above and beyond my expectations. I felt welcomed and honored everywhere we went. Thanks for making my wish come true,” Camden wrote.
