When you honor someone special with a tribute or remember a lost loved one with a memorial, a special card acknowledging your gift will be sent on your behalf to the person of your choice.
Individuals
To make a tribute/memorial donation, please contact your local Make-A-Wish Foundation office. Be sure to have the name and address of the person you would like to receive an acknowledgement of your gift.
Corporations
You can honor your business associates or employees with gifts made in their honor to Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Greater Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Many companies choose to make a gift to the Foundation in lieu of holiday gifts. We will send a card notifying them of the donation that has been made in their honor.
