Give by phone or in person: Contact office nearest you. 

Give by mail:  Print off a chapter donation form and send it, along with payment, to: 2545 Farmers Drive, Suite 300, Columbus, OH 43235 or mail a check to the office nearest you.

Give online: If you would like to make a donation to our local chapter via the internet, donations must be processed through the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of America Web site. This secure donation site will allow you to make a donation. In order to keep your donation local, you must direct your gift to the Greater Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana chapter.
